45-minute session
Perfect if you're just starting out and need some direction. We'll review what you're thinking, point out potential issues (trust me, there's always a few), and give you solid next steps.
2-hour comprehensive session
This is where we really get into it. Bring your ideas, measurements, photos - we'll work through everything together and you'll leave with an actual roadmap.
Complete project engagement
You want us on your team from day one through construction. We've done this hundreds of times and honestly, it's how we get the best results - when we're involved throughout.
Based on scope & complexity
Pick a time that works for you - we've got slots throughout the week. Virtual meetings work great, but if you're local and wanna meet at our Toronto office, that's cool too. Coffee's on us.
Cancellations: Just give us 24hrs notice, no worries
Payment: We'll send an invoice after booking
Remote options: Zoom, Teams, whatever works
You'll get all the details within 15 minutes - meeting link or directions, what to bring, my direct number
Day before, we'll ping you to make sure you're still good and see if there's anything specific to prioritize
We'll dig into your project, answer questions, and work through solutions together - it's collaborative, not a lecture
Within a week, you'll get a summary doc with everything we discussed plus next steps and resources
